I have been working out all my life, but after I hit 40, I realized that regardless of my active lifestyle I had gained over 30 lbs in the last 4 years. To deal with it I first hired a personal trainer, and although he helped me with my body shape, but I was not able to shed the extra pounds. I decided to give Let’s Nutrition a try and voila here I am 33 lbs lighter after almost 2.5 months. The program that I was on didn’t seem like a diet, I’m honestly eating more than when I used to starve myself to lose pounds.
