Going from a size 18 to 10 in less than six months was a dream for someone like me who have always been overweight my entire life.I never felt like I am on a diet, because having peanut butter and banana on a toast for breakfast in the mornings and losing weight didn’t seem right at first, but it did work! I lost 41 lbs and now I feel much better-no knee pain and no high blood pressure meds any more. Thank you so much Marjan!I promise that I will never find those lost pounds again!
